What challenges were you hoping to get help with when you started using assistant services?
I needed help, in particular, to ensure that I could keep the many threads of the company’s day-to-day running in order and that things progressed according to plan. As a sole trader, there’s plenty to do across the board, and it doesn’t make sense to try and manage everything on my own.
Emppu has helped me in so many different ways – with CRM, videos, social media, websites, various systems and many, many other practical matters, for example. She has been an invaluable help as an assistant during the coaching sessions.
Why did you choose General Help in particular?
The collaboration felt natural right from the start, and trust was quickly established. It was important to me to find someone who understands the day-to-day life of an entrepreneur, takes the initiative and is able to handle a wide variety of situations; and the fact that Emppu is interested in people’s health and holistic wellbeing has also been a big bonus.
We’ve now been working with Emppu for just over two years, and I’ve been extremely pleased with our collaboration.

Sometimes I might struggle with a technical issue until I remember that Emppu can sort it out much quicker and better than I can. 😄 Her IT skills and her ability to get to grips with different systems quickly have been incredibly valuable.
What do you value most about the collaboration?
I particularly value the reliability, versatility and the fact that Emppu is in charge. I can trust that agreed matters will be taken care of and, if necessary, she will also work out for herself how best to go about something.
What’s more, the atmosphere of our collaboration is really positive and straightforward. It feels as though Emppu already knows my business, my way of working and my goals really well.
