What challenges were you hoping to get help with when you started using assistant services?<\/strong><\/h3>

I needed help, in particular, to ensure that I could keep the many threads of the company\u2019s day-to-day running in order and that things progressed according to plan. As a sole trader, there\u2019s plenty to do across the board, and it doesn\u2019t make sense to try and manage everything on my own.<\/p>

Emppu has helped me in so many different ways \u2013 with CRM, videos, social media, websites, various systems and many, many other practical matters, for example. She has been an invaluable help as an assistant during the coaching sessions.<\/p>

Why did you choose General Help in particular?<\/strong><\/h3>

The collaboration felt natural right from the start, and trust was quickly established. It was important to me to find someone who understands the day-to-day life of an entrepreneur, takes the initiative and is able to handle a wide variety of situations; and the fact that Emppu is interested in people\u2019s health and holistic wellbeing has also been a big bonus.\u00a0<\/p>

We\u2019ve now been working with Emppu for just over two years, and I\u2019ve been extremely pleased with our collaboration.<\/p>

How has working with you affected the day-to-day running of the business?<\/strong><\/h3>

This collaboration has saved me a huge amount of time and allowed me to focus on my core areas of expertise: coaching, sales and developing the coaching concept.<\/p>

Sometimes I might struggle with a technical issue until I remember that Emppu can sort it out much quicker and better than I can. \ud83d\ude04 Her IT skills and her ability to get to grips with different systems quickly have been incredibly valuable.<\/p>

What do you value most about the collaboration?<\/strong><\/h3>

I particularly value the reliability, versatility and the fact that Emppu is in charge. I can trust that agreed matters will be taken care of and, if necessary, she will also work out for herself how best to go about something.<\/p>

What\u2019s more, the atmosphere of our collaboration is really positive and straightforward. It feels as though Emppu already knows my business, my way of working and my goals really well.<\/p>

Would you recommend us to other companies, and if so, why?<\/strong><\/h3>

I would definitely recommend \u2013 and in fact I have already recommended \u2013 General Help\u2019s services to many of my fellow entrepreneurs.<\/p>
